Why are we #BetterTogether? Newcomer Here Family members share their experiences and insights on what it is like to be supported, to have that sense of belonging, and to just be together—physically or virtually—in the early months of the pandemic.

We are grateful to all our Here Family members and community partners for providing a safe and supportive space for newcomers to ask questions, seek advice, share stories, and provide help in the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This podcast was created by Alma Lemo as part of a class project for her program in the Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication (BAPC) at Royal Roads University (RRU).
